The Process
1.
QUOTATION:
Contact us for a complimentary quotation. During the quotation, we'll view your property objectively and discuss the type of furniture we'll install.
2.
ACCEPTANCE:
Upon accepting our quotation, a tax invoice will be made available to you. A minimum of 1 weeks notice to schedule the furniture installation is always greatly appreciated, however during peak periods our lead time to install furniture can often be up to 10 business days.
3.
INSTALLATION:
On installation day, our truck will arrive full of beautiful furniture and homewares. The items will be moved into your property, with a stylist ensuring the finer details are flawless. Installations can take anywhere from 3 - 6 hours. The items will remain in your home until you sold your property.
4.
COLLECTION:
Once your property has sold , our team will liaise with you or your real estate agent, we can arrange a time convenient to you to collect our furnishings.
Q&A
Where do your furniture and accessories come from?
Our range is sourced both locally and internationally and includes custom made pieces, specially commissioned for styling.
What are your payment terms?
Full payment is required before your installation date. Payment can be made via bank transfer .
What happens if we sell early?
If your property sells earlier than expected, let us know and we will collect our furniture at a time that is convenient for you. We don’t offer refunds if furniture is collected early.
Can you style a home where I’m living?
For clients who are living in their property or want to retain some furniture items, we can provide a ‘partial style’. We can offer advice on what furniture should be removed or how your existing furniture can be rearranged and then bring in additional complementary items. The price for ‘partial style’ is from $ 899+GST.
